Rangeline Electric LLC – Terms of Service &
Service Agreement
Payment Terms
If agreed upon, the Customer shall pay 50% of the estimated total to be placed on
the schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. For large
projects, payment shall be as follows: 50% upfront, 25% upon completion of
rough-in, and 25% upon final completion. If the job is not completed within 30 days
of the first scheduled start date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, excluding
delays caused by inspections, utility companies, weather, material availability, or
other circumstances beyond Rangeline Electric LLC’s control. Approval of this estimate constitutes acceptance of Rangeline Electric LLC terms of service and service agreement.
Materials & Changes
All materials remain the property of Rangeline Electric LLC until the invoice is paid
in full. Prices may vary due to change orders. Approval via email, text message,
electronic approval, or Jobber client portal shall be considered legally binding
acceptance of this agreement.
Code Compliance & Permits
All work will be performed in accordance with the Wisconsin Electrical Code (NEC
2017). Rangeline Electric LLC is not responsible for bringing existing systems
outside the scope into compliance. Permit and inspection fees are not included
unless stated in writing. All work is subject to approval by the Authority Having
Jurisdiction (AHJ).
Fixtures & Allowances
Customer supplied materials must be listed by a nationally recognized testing
laboratory such as UL or ETL. Rangeline Electric LLC is not responsible for failure,
compatibility, or defects of customer supplied materials. Additional labor may be
billed as a change order.
Utility Coordination
Rangeline Electric LLC is not responsible for delays caused by utility companies,
inspectors, or third parties.
Site Conditions & Access
Customer must provide clear access to work areas. Rangeline Electric LLC is not
responsible for moving items or damage to items left in work areas.
Concealed Conditions & Finishes
Rangeline Electric LLC is not responsible for cosmetic damage, drywall repair,
patching, painting, tile repair, or finish repairs unless included in writing.
Warranty
Labor is warranted for one (1) year from the date of completion. Manufacturer
warranties apply to materials and equipment.
Non-Payment & Fees
Late payments may be charged 1% per month. Customer agrees to pay reasonable
collection costs and Rangeline Electric LLC reserves the right to file a construction
lien as permitted under Wisconsin law for unpaid labor, materials, or services. Any
disputes shall be governed by Wisconsin law in the county where the work was
performed. Rangeline Electric LLC may take photos of work performed for
documentation and marketing purposes.
A 3% processing fee will be added to credit
card payments.
